IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS & INFORMATION

The announcements submission process is managed by Sister Shakeya Soil, our Office Administrator.  All announcement requests must be submitted in writing, to Sister Shakeya Soil, in order to be considered for public sharing purposes.  Ministry Team Leaders will receive receipt acknowledgement within 24 hours.  An official response indicating approval decision/status will be received within 48 hours.  Ministry Team Leaders should follow up with Sister Soil, if a response indicating approval status is not received within 48 hours after submission.  All form fields are required.  Incomplete submissions will result in delayed approval decisions.  

Weekly announcements are finalized on Thursdays.  Submission requests must be received by COB Tuesday, of each week, for inclusion in the current week’s announcements.  No additional announcements will be accepted, after the weekly deadline, especially on Sunday morning.
