Marvin E. McCoy is a renown musician, songwriter, clinician and worship leader, with over 25 years experience in music ministry.  Credited for many emulated practices in church music departments across the United States, McCoy is responsible for leading and building the music ministry at the largest church in the nation's capital.  His particular expertise and anointing are in the area of establishing an efficient working relationship between the pastor and the musician -- one that will grow the music ministry, bless the church and glorify God.  Now a pastor for four years, McCoy fully understand the importance of a healthy pastor-musician relationship and can instruct persons on how to better bridge the gap between pastor, musician and church leaders.
